This candidate will have experience in working as a scrub nurse in theatres and as well, experience in working in the private and cosmetic sector. The role involves covering theatre lists and will require dedication, commitment, flexibility and a good team work ethic. Working next to our surgeons will be a great experience and good value for learning, with the opportunity of learning new skills in practitioner care and suturing. The candidate must have excellent skills in surgical and aseptic technique, knowledge of the cosmetic instruments used and be an overall team player.


This candidate will need to have full experience working in hospital recovery setting; working with patients immediately after they have had general and local anaesthetic. Having skills in life support and resuscitation and patient monitoring is essential. Experience in the private sector and knowing the difference between this and the NHS is also essential; knowledge of how to care for elective and cosmetic patients is beneficial in this role. The role involves covering theatre lists and will require dedication, commitment, flexibility and a good team work ethic.


This candidate will have extensive experience in working alongside anaesthetists, understanding their function and fully support the role of the anaesthetist and the surgical team is required as well as taking a strong lead in patient safety. Skills in life support, intubation and cannulation are required. The role involves covering theatre lists and will require dedication, commitment, flexibility and a good team work ethic, being a team player and having leadership skills is required in this role.


Flexible hours but fixed contract to 3 hours daily with early start time of 5am daily, 6 days per week. Candidate needs to be familiar with cleaning clinical or hospital areas, know how to use all cleaning equipment including floor buffer.

Job Discription
A sales and customer service role within the cosmetic surgery industry in the West Midlands. Work within a small efficient talented Patient Bookings Team to ensure business targets are met, exceeded and all opportunities are maximized. Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to ensure new patients attend clinics Nationwide. This is a performance related role, where targets are set and measured against a number of key performance indicators.
Key responsilbilities and duties
· Ensure that you meet all daily, weekly and monthly targets.
· Effective and constant processing of all enquiries.
· Manage and prioritise work load.
· Effectively deal with patient issues and escalate when necessary.
· To ensure that optimal compliance and quality are achieved with updating systems and handling calls.
· To ensure data accuracy and security.
· To work as part of team on a rota basis, to include at least 1 late per week and minimum 1 Saturday per month

Salary and benefits
£17,000 basic salary OTE £25,500 per anum
20 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays

An opportunity to work within the exciting field of cosmetic surgery.
Job purpose
The Medical Technician will be accountable and responsible to the surgical co-ordintors, providing a high standard of care and commitment to Hair Restoration Department.
You will assist the registered nurses and surgeon before, during and after the hair transplantation procedure.

  • Help set- up for the Surgical team on a daily basis.
  • Be aware of the client in the clinic and respect cultural, regulations and holistic needs.
  • Assist with the excision of the donor strip in the clinical environment.
  • Be aware of high standards of cleanliness in the clinical environment and be aware of the principles of asepsis.
  • To obtain good quality follicular grafts working under microscopes
  • To learn the skill of placing of the grafts.
  • Good hand eye co-ordination is essential
  • Good communication skills. The Medical Assistant must be able to communicate well with other staff
  • Following procedures to clean clinics and instruments as per protocol.
  • To attend training and further learning which is relevant to the job i.e. Resuscitation, manual handling fire procedure and company policies, ie sharps policy, infection control.
  • Accountable to surgical co-ordinators
  • Have first 3 month review then appraisals annually to assess skills and opportunities.
  • Be responsible when following duty rota and discuss with surgical co-ordinators over any problems. Following contracted hours, which will include rotational weekend work as and when required by the business.
  • Communicate sickness relevant to organisational needs.
  • Where the surgical co-ordinators are unable to resolve an issue it should be taken to the personnel manager and should further discussion be required to HR and the company director.
  • Be aware of the role and strive to acquire the best knowledge and understanding. To be an active team member and achieve optimum job satisfaction.
